Shipping & Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for most items are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
SHIPPING TO US DOMESTIC.
Most orders for the USA and Canada are shipped within 1 Business days. Ordering cut-off is Monday to Friday at 11 A.M.
USPS. Express, Priority Post. Most US Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority. Express service is also offered for most items. Please send a message using the Contact Us button before you place your order if you have any question on a particular item. Tracking numbers are provided for Express and Priority Post. There is NO tracking information nor insurance for USPS First Class and USPS Parcel Post, if you require tracking information or insurance services, plesae select USPS Priority when you checkout.
FEDEX, UPS, DHL. Our shipping uses any of the Top 3 shipping carrier. This applies to Ground, 2nd Day, 3rd Day, or Next Day delivery. If you require shipping via a specific carrier, please call 626-628-8307.
For all FREE SHIPPING items, we may use Fedex SmartPost, USPS Parcel or USPS First Class Mail. Depending on your location, this may take between 2 to 10 business days within the contiguous U.S. based on the final destination ZIP Code. It may take a little longer to deliver destinations outside the contiguous U.S, this will include Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Saipan, Virgin Island.
LOCAL PICK UP. Our main depot is located in Arcadia, California. We allow pick up for Direct Users and Resellers (minimum orders may be required). A FIX $5.00 Handling Fee applies to all orders requesting pick up. Please arrange for pick up time and date by calling our local number 626-628-8307.
SHIPPING TO INTERNATIONAL (including Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Saipan)
International orders may take an additional 2-4 Business Days to ship. Additional documents are required for most international orders.
USPS and DHL. All international orders are shipped via USPS or DHL only. If you selected the USPS Priority FLAT SMALL BOX / or the USPS Priority FLAT ENVELOPE as your shipping option, the USPS supplied box or envelope measures 5 3/8" x 8 1/2" X 1 3/4" and allows weight of up to 4 Pounds, please note that in most instances, packaging may be opened or remove to fit into the USPS supplied box/envelope. Please note that International USPS Priority Flat Rate BOX/Envelope may not have tracking information.
Most countries accepts Global Express Mail, Global Priority or Air Parcel.
Large item and Heavy Item orders may NOT be acceptable at the USPS for shipping, size and weight is depending on destination country, please email us to confirm that an item is acceptable before you finalize the order.
Special Shipping Arrangements. We also provide special request and arrangements, if you require. Such request includes "special protection packaging", "removing bulky boxes" "combining orders" or "Freight Collect". A minimal handling fee may be collected.
DUTIES and TAXES at DESTINATION. Any duties, tariffs, customs or other government fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We CANNOT declare your order as "Gift" and CANNOT undervalue or declare your order lower than the value of merchandise you actually paid for. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs or taxes that may be required prior to buying. Please do not confuse any customs duties or taxes that may be collected in your country at the point of delivery of your item. Please note that we do not have control whatsoever over any additional duties or taxes outside of the United States of America.
We ship everyday at 4:00 p.m. California Time (Monday to Friday). All orders paid by 11:00 a.m. are usually shipped on the same business day. Some items may have special shipping terms and may take additional days, some items mayb also shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please check individual item listing for shipping conditions.
For international orders, most items we are shipped via USPS or DHL, which is our preferred shipping carrier. If for any reason we are unable to ship via USPS or DHL, we will use UPS or Fedex as our next shipping carrier.
Unless otherwise specifically stated on each item's description page, returns are accepted for exchange only within 14 days upon receiving order.
PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURES
To return a product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request for a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within 14 days from date of receiving order. We cannot accept any returns without prior authorization and without an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for another 14 days in which the item must be returned to us. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued.
The Buyer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
The Buyer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product, just as it will cost you to drive to any local store to return an item. The Buyer agrees to use a reputable carrier capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the item to be returned.
The Buyer agrees that all returned products should be complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing including missing bar codes. We will reject the entire return or may impose additional charges for replacement cost of the missing components or items.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on return of NON-DEFECTIVE items returned for refunds.
CLAIMS AND INSURANCE
All merchandises are packed in good order and condition when they are delivered or pick up by the shipping carrier. The risk of loss or damage to goods shall pass to buyer as soon as such goods are picked up by carrier for delivery to buyer. Buyer should therefore inspect all packages for damages before signing delivery receipt. Claims should be filed immediately with the carrier and NOT with WinWealth Tech Inc. for any damages that may have incurred in transit.
Shipping insurance is usually offered at time of checkout. The Buyer is encouraged to purchase shipping insurance . Claims for loss or non-delivery of items are to be made directly with the Carrier.
Delivery of merchandise if agreed upon shall take place according to original agreement unless special circumstances prevent us from delivering at that previously designated item, in which case we shall have a reasonable period of 14 days time in which to make delivery of the item.
Buyer should be present to accept delivery. In the event that the buyer is unable to accept delivery of the purchased item, and the item is returned to WinWealth Tech Inc. due to buyer's inavailability to accept the item, a shipping fee shall be charged for shipping the item.
Prices stated in our product list does not include installation, testing, training or support, unless otherwise specified in the product listing. Our offer to support the Buyer is purely voluntary and does not constitute part of the sale.
